- Take them out one at a time, then close the lid at once.
- Follow the instructions carefully. Read them by torchlight, never a naked flame.
- Light end of firework fuse at arms length with a safety lighter.
- Never return to a firework once lit.
- Never throw fireworks.
- Never put fireworks in your pockets.
- Keep pets indoors.
